Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp agave syrup (or use maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 4 tbsp oat milk
  • vegan 'milk' chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend the dry ingredients first

  2. Add the oat milk, vegan butter and the dates (cut fresh dates in small pieces. This is optional but gives some extra texture/sweetness). 3. Microwave for 30-60 seconds (very fudgy for 30 secs and more solid fo 60 secs). Enjoy
