Creamy Butternut Sauce with Pasta and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • roasted butternut squash
  • cashews
  • lemon juice
  • garlic and onion powder
  • sea salt
  • nutritional yeast
  • smoked paprika
  • water
  • pasta
  • frozen broccoli

Preparation

  1. Blend roasted butternut squash with cashews, lemon juice, garlic and onion powder, sea salt, nutritional yeast, smoked paprika, and a little water to make the sauce.

  2. Cook the pasta and add frozen broccoli to the pot for the last 6 minutes.
