Homemade Vegan White Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 100 g raw cacao butter
- 40 g coconut milk powder
- 2 Tbsp. icing sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste

- Freeze dried berries
- Pistachios
Preparation
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place a saucepan on the stovetop, pour 2-3 cm of water, and heat to a boil. Then turn off the heat.
Place the cacao butter in a stainless steel bowl large enough to cover the top of the pan without letting steam escape. Ensure the bowl does not touch the water and position it above the pot.
After melting the cacao butter, add the remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth. Pour the mixture into the prepared tray.
Sprinkle the chosen toppings and chill in the freezer until set.
Take out from the pan, break into pieces, and put them in an airtight container. Store them in a fridge or a freezer.
