Mac'n'cheese Lasagne
Ingredients
- Brown onion
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- 120g curly macaroni
- 6 @thelaughingcow_uk Extra light cheese triangles
- Tbsp cornflour
- 15g Italian hard cheese
- 20g @sainsburys grated mozzarella
- garlic powder and onion salt
- Mustard powder
Preparation
Brown onion (s)
Diced and fried off
Cherry tomatoes (s)
Chopped up and added to the pan with onions
Morrisons meat free mince
So glad to see this back
Water to cover
Tomato puree, onion salt, Sea salt, garlic powder, @knorruk vegetable stock pot, @tescofood rich and smokey stockpot, smoked paprika, sweetner
Once all combined, leave to one side
G curly macaroni
Cooked for 6 minutes.(set aside)
Ml water(use the pasta water if there is enough as it helps thicken the sauce)
Thelaughingcow_uk Extra light cheese triangles (a)
Stirred in until melted
Tbsp cornflour (1)
Mixed with a little water then add to the bubbling cheese mix
G Italian hard cheese (part a)
Grated
G @sainsburys grated mozzarella (part a)
Add to the mix and stir in garlic powder and onion salt, @colmansuk
Mustard powder
Add to the drained macaroni
Add bolognese mix to bottom of your dish, pan, trough, tray (whatever your cooking it in)
Then add mac'n'cheese mix on top of that
Top with 40g @sainsburys grated mozzarella (a)
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until cheese is golden and melted
