Maple Pecan Bars

Ingredients

  • 16g coconut oil
  • 30g Maple syrup
  • Handful of chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Heat in a saucepan and bring the boil for a few minutes until golden. Pour this over the cooled base and bake at 170 for 10-12 mins

  2. For the base: 100g flour, 15g coconut oil, 1-2 tbsps maple syrup. Bake at 170 for 15-20 mins)
