• I used 2 frozen bananas, about 3/4 cup frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and 1/3 cup frozen strawberries, coconut water and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Topped off with coconut flakes, chia seed, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and goji berries
  • Only downside was I was shivering so bad afterwards I had to have a cup of tea to warm myself up again! Lol
