Oat Flour Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c oat flour (blended oats)
  • 1/2 c regular flour
  • 1 c of cashew milk
  • 1 mashed banana
  • cinnamon & nutmeg to taste
  • 1 tbsp of @becelca vegan margarine (for cooking)

Preparation

  1. Mix ingredients in a large bowl

  2. On medium heat, melt margarine and cook pancakes until golden

  3. Serve with your desired toppings
