Quick and Easy Vegan Tapenade Spread

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce can black olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1 Tbl capers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tbl dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire

Preparation

  1. Add olives, capers, and olive oil to a food processor and pulse a few times until combined but not pure mush.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, parsley, black pepper, and vegan Worcestershire.

  3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate overnight for better flavor.

  4. Optionally, top with additional capers, crushed red pepper, fresh thyme, and black pepper.
