Thai Style Pizza

Ingredients

  • pizza dough
  • satay sauce
  • white onion
  • 1 carrot
  • vegan cheese
  • coriander
  • peanuts
  • chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Oll out pizza dough

  2. Top with homemade or store bought satay sauce as the base and spread evenly

  3. Chop and fry 1 white onion for 5 mins and add to pizza

  4. Grate 1 carrot and add evenly over pizza along with vegan cheese and @squeakybeanveg Thai chicken style pieces

  5. Cook in pre heated oven at 180’C for 15-20 mins

  6. Finish off with coriander, roast peanuts and chilli flakes
