Tri-Bean Vegan Chili

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of vegetable broth (low sodium)
  • 1 small can of tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tbsp ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp salt

Preparation

  1. Take your big pot and turn the heat to Medium, then add in your olive oil to the pan

  2. Drain and rinse off all of your beans and corn to remove excess salt. Add them into the pot

  3. Add in your spices, tomatoes, vegetable broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Stir everything together so the chili is mixed together well

  4. Once it begins to boil, cover and turn to low heat. Allow the chili to at least cook for 30 minutes
