Vegan Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce can black olives
  • 1/2 cup green olives
  • 1 Tbl capers
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 Tbl dried parsley
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire

Preparation

  1. Add olives, capers, and olive oil to a food processor and pulse a few times to break down the olives. You want them to be combined but not pure mush

  2. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients

  3. Top your tapenade with even more capers, a pinch of crushed red pepper, fresh thyme, and a few cracks from your pepper mill
