Vegan Tapenade
Ingredients
- 6 ounce can black olives
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 1 Tbl capers
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbl lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 Tbl dried parsley
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp vegan Worcestershire
Preparation
Add olives, capers, and olive oil to a food processor and pulse a few times to break down the olives. You want them to be combined but not pure mush
Transfer to a bowl and stir in the rest of the ingredients
Top your tapenade with even more capers, a pinch of crushed red pepper, fresh thyme, and a few cracks from your pepper mill
