Berry Gronola Chia Jars

Ingredients

  • gronola of choice
  • for smashed berries
  • strawberries
  • blackberries
  • raspberries
  • blueberries
  • for chia pudding
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of filtered water
  • 1 cup of canned coconut milk
  • 1/8 cup of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients for chia pudding into a medium sized container

  2. Stir well and cover

  3. Place in fridge for 4 hours

  4. Remove chia pudding from fridge and place on bottom of jar followed by smashed berries and granola

  5. Repeat process one more time and top with extra berries
