Berry Gronola Chia Jars
Ingredients
- gronola of choice
- for smashed berries
- strawberries
- blackberries
- raspberries
- blueberries
- for chia pudding
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 cup of filtered water
- 1 cup of canned coconut milk
- 1/8 cup of maple syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients for chia pudding into a medium sized container
Stir well and cover
Place in fridge for 4 hours
Remove chia pudding from fridge and place on bottom of jar followed by smashed berries and granola
Repeat process one more time and top with extra berries
