Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1,5 dl (2/3 cups) gluten-free flour
  • 1,5 dl (2/3 cups) water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter melted
  • Dip: Oat creme fraiche + 1 tbsp almond milk + cilantro + salt&pepper
  • Preheat oven to 225c (435F)

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces

  2. Mix the water, flour and spices in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until the batter is thick and is able to coat the cauliflower

  3. Dip the cauliflower in the batter. Lay the cauliflower single layer on lined baking sheet

  4. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, flip the florets over and bake for 10 minutes

  5. Mix the vegan butter and hot sauce together, take the cauliflowers from the oven pour the hot sauce on the florets and bake for 10 minutes
