Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 tbs chia seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1 cup milk alternative (i've been loving @oatley oat milk lately)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1-2 drops liquid organic stevia⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • optional toppings: fresh fruit, pumpkin seeds, almond butter ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Add chia seeds, milk alternative and stevia into mason jar, close top & shake to mix all ingredients

  2. Let it sit and settle for a few minutes, then give one more good shake and let it set for 1-2 hours (or ideally overnight) in the fridge

  3. Top with fresh fruit, hormone-balancing pumpkin seeds, or an almond butter drizzle and enjoy!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
