Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4- 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 large handfuls fresh baby spinach
  • 1 small handful fresh parsley
  • 2 - 3 t fresh lime juice
  • 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein powder (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend and enjoy!! Makes 1 large smoothie

  2. If you are serving this smoothie to kids (and why not!?!), you may want to add more pineapple and omit the parsley

  3. My kids drank these down with the addition of an extra 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
