Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • what you’ll need:
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 3 handfuls fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp spiraveg fresh spirulina

Preparation

  1. Pulse the garlic and basil in a food processor or high-speed blender

  2. Add the pine nuts and olive oil and pulse until smooth

  3. Stir in the lemon juice, nutritional yeast and spirulina

  4. Season to taste and enjoy on your favourite salad or gluten-free pasta
