Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • large handful of spinach⁣
  • 2 frozen bananas⁣
  • handful of frozen mango⁣
  • 1 kiwi⁣
  • fresh grated ginger⁣
  • 1 scoop of @vibranthealth green vibrance⁣

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients to a blender, then blend on high speed for several minutes

  2. I topped mine with fresh kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, and coconut chips
