How Om Balls Were Born

Ingredients

  • 1/2c unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2c maple almond butter
  • 1/2c mix dry berries
  • 1/3c chopped dry turkish apricots
  • 1/3c unsalted raw almonds
  • extra coconut flakes and sliced almond to roll the omballs

Preparation

  1. Mix all together in you ninja or food processor except sliced almonds and extra coconut flakes

  2. Make balls to your desire size and roll them onto almond or coconut flakes

  3. Place them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes and then transfer to the fridge

  4. Enjoy
