Lightened Up Lemon Tahini

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • sea salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk well to combine. Adjust sea salt to taste
