Macaroon Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups oats⠀
- 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut⠀
- 1 1/2 raw sugar ⠀
- 1/2 cup vegan margarine⠀
- 1/2 cup soy milk⠀
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
Preparation
Bring margarine, soy milk, sugar and cocoa powder to boil for 2 minutes. ⠀
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. ⠀
Scoop into balls and set in fridge to chill
