Macaroon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats⠀
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded coconut⠀
  • 1 1/2 raw sugar ⠀
  • 1/2 cup vegan margarine⠀
  • 1/2 cup soy milk⠀
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Bring margarine, soy milk, sugar and cocoa powder to boil for 2 minutes. ⠀

  2. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. ⠀

  3. Scoop into balls and set in fridge to chill
