Our Raw Sushi Buddha Bowls
Ingredients
- Sliced red bell pepper
- Sliced purple cabbage
- Julienne peeled carrots
- Nori strips
- Sunflower sprouts
- Diced avocado
- Edamame beans
- For the rice
- 1 heads worth of cauliflower rice
- 1/8 cup of tahini
- 1/8 cup of rice vinegar
- Sprinkle of pink himalayan salt
Preparation
In a large bowl combine all ingredients for cauliflower rice and stir well
Top with veggies
Serve with sauce of choice (we used soy and sriracha sauce) and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
