Our Raw Sushi Buddha Bowls

Ingredients

  • Sliced red bell pepper
  • Sliced purple cabbage
  • Julienne peeled carrots
  • Nori strips
  • Sunflower sprouts
  • Diced avocado
  • Edamame beans
  • For the rice
  • 1 heads worth of cauliflower rice
  • 1/8 cup of tahini
  • 1/8 cup of rice vinegar
  • Sprinkle of pink himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients for cauliflower rice and stir well

  2. Top with veggies

  3. Serve with sauce of choice (we used soy and sriracha sauce) and enjoy ???? #threebunnies
