Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • My overnight oats recipe: ? 1/3 cup oats ? 1/3 cup #plantbased yoghurt (I love @Alpro's 'greek style' plain but you can mix it up with the different flavours if you like!) ?1/3 cup oat milk ?1 tbsp of chia seeds ?1 tbsp of protein powder
  • Mix it all up and add 80g of a couple of different fruits for two of your five a day
  • This time I went for strawberries and pineapple ? giving me those fruity summer vibes even though there's an arctic wind outside at the moment
