Raw Vegan No Carb Creamy Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 bag kelp noodles
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Few leaves of fresh basil
  • Cracked black peppercorn to taste
  • Lots of sliced mushrooms
  • Sliced snap peas
  • Package of seaweed chips

Preparation

  1. Rinse kelp noodles and let sit in lukewarm water for about 5 minutes. Drain and place in bowl.

  2. Blend soaked and drained cashews, lemon juice, garlic, and basil until smooth.

  3. Mix into kelp noodles and place fresh cracked peppercorn on top with some seaweed and mushrooms/snap peas for added texture and enjoy!
