Tahini Asparagus Salad

Ingredients

  • 12 green asparagus
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon and some zest
  • 6 tablespoons tahini
  • Water
  • Good pinch of chili
  • Salt, pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili oil

Preparation

  1. Fry the green asparagus until slightly brown on each side.

  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together.

  3. Gradually add water until you achieve a slightly runny, but not too liquid, dressing consistency.

  4. Spread half of the dressing on a plate.

  5. Place the cooked asparagus on top.

  6. Drizzle the remaining dressing over the asparagus.

  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
