Tahini Asparagus Salad
Ingredients
- 12 green asparagus
- Juice of 1/2 lemon and some zest
- 6 tablespoons tahini
- Water
- Good pinch of chili
- Salt, pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
Preparation
Fry the green asparagus until slightly brown on each side.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
Gradually add water until you achieve a slightly runny, but not too liquid, dressing consistency.
Spread half of the dressing on a plate.
Place the cooked asparagus on top.
Drizzle the remaining dressing over the asparagus.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
