Vegan Quinoa Crust Pizza
Ingredients
- 3/4c quinoa
- 1/4c water
- 1tsp baking powder
- 1/4tsp salt
Preparation
Soak 3/4c quinoa in water overnight
Drain the quinoa and put it in a food processor; add 1/4c water, 1tsp baking powder, and 1/4tsp salt and blend together to create the crust (may take 2-3 minutes; make sure it is a paste like consistency)
Add the mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper. Be sure it is evenly spread out
Bake for 15 min on 400; Flip and bake for 5-10 more minutes
Add your tomato sauce + your favorite toppings, baked for ~5 more minutes, and enjoy
