Vegan Quinoa Crust Pizza

Ingredients

  • 3/4c quinoa
  • 1/4c water
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Soak 3/4c quinoa in water overnight

  2. Drain the quinoa and put it in a food processor; add 1/4c water, 1tsp baking powder, and 1/4tsp salt and blend together to create the crust (may take 2-3 minutes; make sure it is a paste like consistency)

  3. Add the mixture to a pan lined with parchment paper. Be sure it is evenly spread out

  4. Bake for 15 min on 400; Flip and bake for 5-10 more minutes

  5. Add your tomato sauce + your favorite toppings, baked for ~5 more minutes, and enjoy
