Vibrant Red Beet and Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 whole beet
- 1/2 a cucumber
- 1 stick celery
- 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
- 5 soaked cashews
- 1/4 cup mango
- 1/2 a cup frozen raspberries
- A piece of ginger
- Squeeze of lemon
- 2 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1/2-1 cup water
Preparation
Use any frozen raspberries you have available.
Blitz or blend all the ingredients together.
Enjoy the smoothie.
