Alcohol-Free Earl Grey Mango Punch
Ingredients
- 200 mL of very strong Earl Grey Tea
- 200 mL of mango juice
- 1 tsp of syrup of your choice (optional)
- Watermelon or any type of fruit for garnish
Preparation
Prepare the Earl Grey Tea using the hot or cold brew method. For cold brew, infuse the tea overnight in the fridge. For hot brew, use 4 tsp of Earl Grey Tea for 400-500 mL of hot water. Cold brew may result in less bitterness due to fewer tannins.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Pour the mixture into a fancy glass and garnish with a small piece of watermelon.
