Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups of oats
  • 3tbsp of chia seed
  • 6tbsp of water
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4tbsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 baking soda
  • 1/2 apple coder vinegar
  • 1/3 of nut butter I went with peanut
  • 3/4 of your favorite plant based milk
  • 1/3 cup of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Ground 2 1/2 cups of oats in the mixer, soak 3tbsp of chia seed with 6tbsp of water for five minutes, mash 3 ripe bananas ( the browner the better), add the oat flour, 1/4tbsp of baking powder, 1/4 baking soda, 1/2 apple coder vinegar, 1/3 of nut butter I went with peanut, 3/4 of your favorite plant based milk, and if you’re looking for some thing more sweet you can add 1/3 cup of maple syrup or brown sugar, mic everything together and bake it between 250 and 350 C for about 50min or until a toothpick comes out clean
