Berry Chia Puddings
Ingredients
- 5 tbs chia seeds
- 150ml almond milk
- 50 grams fresh raspberries (mashed)
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbs unsweetened yoghurt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, transfer to a jar
Let it rest overnight
Add the yoghurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
