Berry Chia Puddings

Ingredients

  • 5 tbs chia seeds⁣⁣
  • 150ml almond milk⁣⁣
  • 50 grams fresh raspberries (mashed)⁣⁣
  • 1/2 banana (mashed)⁣⁣
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract⁣⁣
  • 3 tbs unsweetened yoghurt ⁣⁣

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients, except the toppings, transfer to a jar

  2. Let it rest overnight

  3. Add the yoghurt and toppings the next morning and that’s it! Enjoy
