Cinnamon Apple Oats + Raw Date Salted Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- 16 dates, pitted (medjool is best)
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 –1cup unsweetened plantbased milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients (starting with 3/4 cup almond milk) into a high powered blender or food processor and blend until mixture is smooth and there are no date chunks detectable
Add more milk, 1-2 tablespoons at a time, if needed to help the blending process or to thin the caramel
Use immediately or store in the fridge for later

I've had a really busy few days, training for a job which i thought i was going to jump straight into - yet after some quiet reflection and contemplation have decided that my intuition is just telling me it's not right for me
I'm excited for what the future holds, and looking forward to all the other opportunities which i'm sure will come my way
