Ginger & Cinnamon Waffle with Yoghurt & Maple Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup of wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar/lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix together then add
Whisk together then cook batter in your waffle machine for ten minutes
Or use a waffle tray & bake for 12 minutes 200 Celsius
