Ginger & Cinnamon Waffle with Yoghurt & Maple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar/lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix together then add

  2. Whisk together then cook batter in your waffle machine for ten minutes

  3. Or use a waffle tray & bake for 12 minutes 200 Celsius
