Gingerbread Brownies
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups GF all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon & allspice
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp molasses
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms
Press into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper
Sprinkle over a bit of flaky sea salt: Bake for 20 min
At 350 degrees
