Gingerbread Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups GF all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon & allspice
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp molasses

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until a soft dough forms

  2. Press into a square baking dish lined with parchment paper

  3. Sprinkle over a bit of flaky sea salt: Bake for 20 min

  4. At 350 degrees
