Healthy Banana Oat Breakfast Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 25g oats
- 1 egg
- 25g whey
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl to create a smooth mixture.
Add the oats, egg, and whey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined to form a batter.
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat.
Pour portions of the batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
