Loaded Salad Prep

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh chives
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 3 Tablespoons raw tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients well until a creamy dressing is formed. Toss with your favorite salad ingredients and enjoy
