Malaysian Kerabu Salad
Ingredients
- Recipe (serves 3-4)??
- *Beansprouts, 3 cups
- *Red Onion, 1 med sized sliced thinly
- *Dessicated Coconut, 3 tbs (for a bolder flavour dry toast in a pan first)
- *Red bell Pepper, 1 med sized julienned (thats Capsicum for the Aussies, yiew)
- *Thai Red Chilli, 1
- *Mint, approx 20 leaves
- —SAUCE—
- *Light Soy Sauce, 6 tbs (don’t use Japanese brands or tamari... it is too dark)
- *Lime Juice, 3/4 lime *Palm or Coconut Sugar, 1.5 tbs
- *Ginger, 1.5 inch piece finely grated
Preparation
Make sauce by whisking together all sauce ingredients until sugar dissolves.
Add remaining ingredients into a bowl and toss together with the sauce
