Mint Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mint leaves
  • 4-6 cups boiling water (filtered preferably)
  • lemon
  • honey
  • stevia or other sweetener of choice (optional
  • I find mint tea is nice enough on it's own)

Preparation

  1. Pour boiling water into a saucepan

  2. Add fresh mint leaves (and sweetener if using)

  3. Mix and let the mint leaves steep for up to 3 hours, I usually let mine steep for a few hours to get a really concentrated tea
