Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mint leaves
- 4-6 cups boiling water (filtered preferably)
- lemon
- honey
- stevia or other sweetener of choice (optional
- I find mint tea is nice enough on it's own)
Preparation
Pour boiling water into a saucepan
Add fresh mint leaves (and sweetener if using)
Mix and let the mint leaves steep for up to 3 hours, I usually let mine steep for a few hours to get a really concentrated tea
