Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/12 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 10 drops @livenaturalnow better stevia & monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 tbsp soy mylk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. Grease mug or ramekin with a small amount of oil or vegan butter then dust with cacao powder

  3. Pour batter into prepared dish and microwave for 80-90 seconds on high

  4. Enjoy! i like to flip mine out onto a plate and top it with berries!
