Neapolitan Overnight Oat Parfait Breakfast

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Mix gluten-free oats with cacao powder, maca powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and maple syrup to prepare the oat layer.

  2. Soak chia seeds in almond coconut milk and let it sit, preferably overnight, to create the chia pudding layer.

  3. Prepare the fruit layers by having fresh strawberries, cherries, and banana ready for assembly.

  4. Assemble the parfait in layers: start with the oat mixture, add strawberries and cherries, then add the banana layer, and finally add the chia pudding layer.
