Oat Milk

Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered water⁠
  • pinch of sea salt⁠
  • optional add-ins for a sweeter flavor:⁠
  • 1 medjool date⁠
  • 1/4–1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠

Preparation

  1. Place drained oats, water, salt, and any additional add-ins in a food processor or high-powered blender

  2. Whirl for 1–2 minutes until uniform and the oats are mostly broken up

  3. Filter through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag

  4. Store in a glass jar for up to four days
