Pancake

Ingredients

  • 90g spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup/agave nectar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 120ml soya milk
  • pinch of salt
  • melted chocolate
  • banana
  • toasted coconut chips

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients & then incorporate wet ingredients until you get a smooth thick batter

  2. Heat some coconut oil in a frying pan & ladle batter on

  3. Wait until bubbles appear on the pancake and then flip it (about 40 seconds per side)

  4. Enjoy with whatever toppings your heart desires !
