Plant-Based Mince and Black Bean Tacos
Ingredients
- 100 g @flexiblefoodsau plant-based mince
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 10 taco soft taco shells
- 1 cup kaleslaw
- avocado slices
- tomato salsa
- jalapeños
- fresh coriander
Preparation
In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat
Add plant-based mince and 400 ml of water
Cook covered for 4 minutes
Add beans and cook for another couple of minutes
Heat taco shells
Assemble tacos with kale slaw and plant-based mince
Top with avocado slices, salsa, jalapeños and coriander
Enjoy right away!
