Plant-Based Mince and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients

  • 100 g @flexiblefoodsau plant-based mince
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 10 taco soft taco shells
  • 1 cup kaleslaw
  • avocado slices
  • tomato salsa
  • jalapeños
  • fresh coriander

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat

  2. Add plant-based mince and 400 ml of water

  3. Cook covered for 4 minutes

  4. Add beans and cook for another couple of minutes

  5. Heat taco shells

  6. Assemble tacos with kale slaw and plant-based mince

  7. Top with avocado slices, salsa, jalapeños and coriander

  8. Enjoy right away!
