Ragi Chana Dal Uttapam
Ingredients
- Ragi flour 1 cup
- soaked Chana dal tbsp
- grated carrots
- coriander leaves
- finely chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup butter milk
Preparation
Soaked Chana dal for 20 mins
In a bowl add ragi flour, salt, butter milk, grated carrots, coriander leaves, green chilies, butter milk and Chana dal and mix the ingredients well
Heat a griddle and put the batter in circular disc shape. Let it cook on both side 2-3 mins each side . The Chana dal gets cooked well as it is already soaked
