Ragi Chana Dal Uttapam

Ingredients

  • Ragi flour 1 cup
  • soaked Chana dal tbsp
  • grated carrots
  • coriander leaves
  • finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 cup butter milk

Preparation

  1. Soaked Chana dal for 20 mins

  2. In a bowl add ragi flour, salt, butter milk, grated carrots, coriander leaves, green chilies, butter milk and Chana dal and mix the ingredients well

  3. Heat a griddle and put the batter in circular disc shape. Let it cook on both side 2-3 mins each side . The Chana dal gets cooked well as it is already soaked
