Rainbow Nutella Brownie Easter Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. can black beans, well rinsed
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp ground flax
  • 3 tbsp peanut flour
  • 2 tbsp maple sugar
  • 100g finely chopped pecans
  • @enjoyyoso vanilla coconut yogurt
  • Superfood powders
  • Fruit

Preparation

  1. Blitz all “wet” brownie ingredients together in your #vitamix then combine with “dry” ingredients in a bowl

  2. Press into a square pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate

  3. Cut out shape of an Easter egg, making mini eggs with the leftover

  4. Decorate with naturally coloured coconut yogurt + fruit

  5. ENJOY
