Rainbow Nutella Brownie Easter Egg
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz. can black beans, well rinsed
- 6 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup hazelnut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 tbsp ground flax
- 3 tbsp peanut flour
- 2 tbsp maple sugar
- 100g finely chopped pecans
- @enjoyyoso vanilla coconut yogurt
- Superfood powders
- Fruit
Preparation
Blitz all “wet” brownie ingredients together in your #vitamix then combine with “dry” ingredients in a bowl
Press into a square pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate
Cut out shape of an Easter egg, making mini eggs with the leftover
Decorate with naturally coloured coconut yogurt + fruit
