Simple Energy Drink
Ingredients
- water - 4, 5 cups
- tea leaves - 2 tsp loose or tea bags - 2
- jaggery - 1/3 cup
- mint leaves - 2,3 leaves
- ginger - 1/4 piece
- lemon juice - 2tbsp
- rosemary - 2sprigs
Preparation
In a large pan, add water, ginger, tea leaves , bring water to boil, once you get enough color and flavors from tea bring it down from.the heat . Then add jaggery anda lemon juice and give a good mix . After everything is incorporated add mint leaves and rosemary sprigs
Strain tea with the help of a strainer and transfer .this in a large pitcher or straight to your glasses filled with ice and some extra fresh mint leaves and rosemary sprigs and slices of lime
