Simple Energy Drink

Ingredients

  • water - 4, 5 cups
  • tea leaves - 2 tsp loose or tea bags - 2
  • jaggery - 1/3 cup
  • mint leaves - 2,3 leaves
  • ginger - 1/4 piece
  • lemon juice - 2tbsp
  • rosemary - 2sprigs

Preparation

  1. In a large pan, add water, ginger, tea leaves , bring water to boil, once you get enough color and flavors from tea bring it down from.the heat . Then add jaggery anda lemon juice and give a good mix . After everything is incorporated add mint leaves and rosemary sprigs

  2. Strain tea with the help of a strainer and transfer .this in a large pitcher or straight to your glasses filled with ice and some extra fresh mint leaves and rosemary sprigs and slices of lime
