The Yummiest Pancakes

Ingredients

  • - 250mL of rice milk
  • - 180g of flour
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 30g of almond butter
  • - 1 tbs of maple syrup
  • - 2 tbs of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder together

  2. Make a little ‘well’, then add the beaten eggs, almond butter and maple syrup. Then add a little by little the rice milk

  3. Cook on medium heat
