"Traditional" English Trifle Veganized

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • sugar
  • vanilla
  • dark rum

Preparation

  1. Chill 2 cans of coconut milk in the fridge overnight

  2. Chill a large mixing bowl 10 minutes before using

  3. Spoon out the thickened cream (leave out the liquid)

  4. With a whisk attachment, whip the cream in the chilled bowl

  5. When it starts to thicken, add the sugar, vanilla, and dark rum (from Joey’s)

  6. Continue to whip until fluffy

  7. Place in the fridge till ready to use
