Vegan Gooey Fudge Brownies with Swirl
Ingredients
- Pyure organic brownie mix
- 2 flax eggs (made with 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed and 6 tablespoons water)
- 3 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1/3 cup water
- Vegan dark chocolate (for topping)
- Peanut butter (for topping)
Preparation
Prepare 2 flax eggs by mixing 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed with 6 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken
In a mixing bowl, combine the Pyure organic brownie mix, prepared flax eggs, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, and 1/3 cup water. Stir until well combined
Preheat oven to 325°F
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan
Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F for a gooey texture.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly
Melt some vegan dark chocolate.
Pour the melted chocolate over the baked brownies.
Add some peanut butter and create a marble swirl.
Let the brownies cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
