Vegan Gooey Fudge Brownies with Swirl

Ingredients

  • Pyure organic brownie mix
  • 2 flax eggs (made with 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed and 6 tablespoons water)
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • Vegan dark chocolate (for topping)
  • Peanut butter (for topping)

Preparation

  1. Prepare 2 flax eggs by mixing 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed with 6 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Pyure organic brownie mix, prepared flax eggs, 3 tablespoons coconut oil, and 1/3 cup water. Stir until well combined

  3. Preheat oven to 325°F

  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan

  5. Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F for a gooey texture.

  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly

  7. Melt some vegan dark chocolate.

  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the baked brownies.

  9. Add some peanut butter and create a marble swirl.

  10. Let the brownies cool for about 30 minutes before serving.
