Vegan Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cups of frozen fruit of choice
  • 1-2 cups of veggies
  • dairy-free milk
  • coconut water
  • juice
  • brewed tea & coffee

Preparation

  1. Add 1-2 cups of frozen fruit of choice to a blender⁠

  2. To boost the nutrition add in 1-2 cups of veggies of choice. ⁠

  3. Now add in your liquid of choice, dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea & coffee. 1-2 cups should work fine!⁠

  4. Thicken it up with something like 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, more fruit or if you want more protein some dairy-free yogurt, hemp seeds or tofu!⁠

  5. Boost it with some protein powder or energy boosters like cacao, maca or matcha. ⁠

  6. Blend it all & drink
