Vegan Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups of frozen fruit of choice
- 1-2 cups of veggies
- dairy-free milk
- coconut water
- juice
- brewed tea & coffee
Preparation
Add 1-2 cups of frozen fruit of choice to a blender
To boost the nutrition add in 1-2 cups of veggies of choice.
Now add in your liquid of choice, dairy-free milk, coconut water, juice, brewed tea & coffee. 1-2 cups should work fine!
Thicken it up with something like 1-2 tablespoons of nut butter, more fruit or if you want more protein some dairy-free yogurt, hemp seeds or tofu!
Boost it with some protein powder or energy boosters like cacao, maca or matcha.
Blend it all & drink
