Babaganoush Vs Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 eggplants
  • 1/4 cup of tahini
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • juice of ine lemon
  • salt
  • & pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook 2 eggplants directly on the flame until tender! With a fork, peel the skin off, but leave some for a smoked flavor

  2. Cut them in half, remove the seed

  3. Mix it with 1/4 cup of tahini, 3 garlic cloves, juice of ine lemon, salt, & pepper
