Blue Butterfly Milk with Ashwagandha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 t. rosewater
  • 1 t. maple syrup
  • 1/2 t. ashwagandha powder @mountainroseherbs
  • 1/2 t. butterfly pea powder

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients on low-medium, whisking to break up any clumps in the powders. Pour into a milk frother to create nice foam.Garnish with fresh violets
