Blue Butterfly Milk with Ashwagandha
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1/2 t. rosewater
- 1 t. maple syrup
- 1/2 t. ashwagandha powder @mountainroseherbs
- 1/2 t. butterfly pea powder
Preparation
In a small saucepan, heat all ingredients on low-medium, whisking to break up any clumps in the powders. Pour into a milk frother to create nice foam.Garnish with fresh violets
